Register With Us

To register as a new patient with any of our Medicus GP practices, you can either visit your chosen practice in person to complete a registration form or register online using the links below.

You’ll need to provide personal information such as your name, address, date of birth, and NHS number (if known). Registration typically takes up to 72 working hours once the form is completed.

After your registration is processed, we will contact you to arrange a new patient appointment. This will include booking a blood test and recording your height and weight.
